Delta Powerboats believe that building quality boats requires a controlled construction process and skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. Rather than outsourcing and cost-cutting, Delta employs a dedicated team of 140 skilled craftsmen and engineers at their factory on the island of Saaremaa, where every aspect of construction can be monitored from beginning to end.

The interior woodworks of Delta Powerboats are all handmade by experienced carpenters employed at the factory – something that will be evident to anyone who steps aboard.

Delta Powerboats has utilized vacuum infusion since 2006 for GRP and carbon fiber composites. With the yard’s Poseidon 5-axis milling station, Delta Powerboats is able to create all tooling in house, up to 26 meters in length. Many stainless-steel deck fittings and other exterior details are machined in-house, and they have employed these methods in the build of over 600 boats over the last 20 years
